How do I enroll new students into my course?

When logging into iPresent Online, the courses you are currently teaching will be listed under the “Courses” tab. Your administrator may have enrolled students into your course but if they have not, it is simple to do so. Follow these steps to enroll new students into your course:

 

  1. Click on the icon labeled “Courses”.
  2. Then, click on “Manage Students”.
  3. You will then be able to enroll students into your class once you click the “Enroll Students” icon.

Note: The instructor will be able to see their name as a user when clicking on the “manage students” button. 

To finish enrolling students follow these steps:

  1. To enroll students, click on the check box next to their names.
  2. To finish enrolling students, click on the “Enroll” icon at the top of the window.

Note: Instructors can notify students that they have been enrolled in a class by checking the icon “Notify students by email”
